RE: 2519 McKeag Court - Lot 26 Fog Creek First Filing
We have surveyed the "As Built" elevations of the grading, floors and lowest openings. These
grades are shown on the attached plot plan.
The lot grading and building elevations are in compliance with the approved grading plan and
the grading of the lot has not adversely effected the grading of the detention pond located at the
rear of the lot.
A copy of the subdivision grading plan is also attached.

REACHED ALLOWED PERMITS PRIOR TO SITE CERTIFICATION PER DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
NOTE: We will release the permit for 2519 McKeag Ct, but will be holding any future permits
applied for until submittal and approval of the overall site certification for Fox Creek PUD.
We would like this to be resolved as soon as possible to avoid any delays in your schedule. If you have
any questions, please contact me at your earliest convenience so that this matter may be resolved.
We would appreciate it if you would relay this information to all of your subcontractors in order to avoid
any potential confusion.
