re: 2625 McKeag Drive - Lot 21 Fox Creek P.U.D. First Filing
We have surveyed the "As Built" elevations of the lot grades, floor elevations, lowest
opening elevations and flow line of the Swale adjacent to the west side of the lot.
The attached plot plan of Lot 21 shows the "As Built" grades, which are in substantial
compliance with the approved grading plan. Also attached is a copy of that portion of the
approved grading plan which shows the lot 21 area.
