We have surveyed the as built grades of the lot corners, building floors and lowest openings of
the new residence. The surveyed elevations are shown in red on the attached copy of a part of the
grading plan.
The lowest opening, which is the top of the window well, is at elevation 5114.65, which is
well above the detention pond high water line of 5109.5.
