re: 2637 Moore Lane - Lot 9 Fox Creek First Filing _
We have surveyed the "AS BUILT" elevations of the grading, floors and lowest openings,
and have inspected the drainage swale adjacent to the rear of the lot.
The lot grading and building elevations are all in compliance with the approved grading
plan, and the construction on the lot has not disturbed the drainage swale.
A plot plan of the lot showing the "AS BUILT" elevations is attached along with a print of
the approved grading plan.
