Dear Basil:
On November 15, 1995, I inspected the grading in the vicinity of Lots 3 and 6 ofT6x )
cCreek-P-.U.D., First Filing; and found it to be in compliance with the approved plan.
. I also surveyed elevations and cross sections at critical points, which are shown in red on
the attached print. The swales have the proper slope to provide adequate drainage, and the swale
cross sections provide more capacity than that required on the approved plan.
The floor and lowest opening elevations of the residences constructed on Lots 3 and 6 are
equal to or more than the 1 foot minimum above the 100 year high water level.
