On January 12, 1995, I inspected the grading of the drain swales adjacent
to Lots 4, 37 and 38 of Fox Creek P.U.D., First Filing, The swales were not
disturbed by the construction of the residences, and they remain intact at
the grades and locations shown on the approved plans.
