Dear Jay,
re: Fox Creek P.U.D. First Filing, Phases One and Two
All of the drainage facilities for Phases One and Two of the Fox Creek P.U.D. First Filing
have been constructed in compliance with the approved plans.
The detention ponds were constructed in 1994 and were surveyed to verify the volume.
The drain swales through the open area tracts were completed in 1996 and were surveyed and
certified as to compliance with the approved plans.
The curbs, streets, catch basins and storm drain piping system were all installed by 1996
and are constructed per the approved plans.
I recently inspected all of the storm drainage facilities and found them to be according to
the approved plans.
