On June 16, 2000, a field crew from this office performed an as -built survey of the concrete
drainage pans and sidewalks, around Building Seven and 'Twelve of The_I_our_Seasons—,
Condominiums-inTott Collins. The results of said survey are shownin and on the altachcd shoot.
These findinSs indicate that the concrete was placed substantially in conformance with the
sidekkalk revision by the Saar -Brown Group, dated May 20, 2000 with minor discrepancies
noted.
