On May 24, 2000, a field crew from this office performed an as -built survey of the concrete
drainage pans and sidewalks, around Building -Five -of -The -Four -Seasons -Condominiums in Fort
Collins. The results of said survey are shown in red- on the attached -sheet: `These findings
indicate that the concrete was placed substantially in conformance with the sidewalk revision by
the Sear -Brown Group, dated May 20, 2000 with minor discrepancies noted.
