On May 24, 2000, a field crew from this office performed an as -built survey of the concrete
drainage pans and sidewalks, around Building_ Four of The Four Seasons -Condominiums in Fort
Collins. The results of said survey are shown in red on the attached sheet. These findings
indicate that the concrete was placed substantially in conformance with the sidewalk revision by
the Sear -Brown Group, dated May 18, 2000 with minor discrepancies noted.
