Drainage Certifications
Dear Joe:
As per our telephone conversation and your site walls with Don Collins, Ranch Builders
will perform the following remedial work regarding drainage.
• Install perforated pipe on existing concrete drain pan between Buildings 18 and
19 and backfill to prevent erosion.
• Cut curb northeast of Building 19 to allow drainage fror_i landscaped area.
• Complete installation of downspouts and extensions throughout the project.
• Clean concrete from sidewalk chases south of Building 17.
• Install sidewalk chase northwest of Building 19 to allow proper drainage away
from building.
Please proceed with releasing drainage certifications upon receipt of this letter. 1
appreciate your assistance in this matter. Contact me if you have any further questions or
concerns.
