Drainage Certifications -
Dear Toe:
As per our telephone conversation and your previous site walk with Don Collins, Ranch
Builders will fix the areas of concern regarding drainage. These areas consist of
providing downspout extensions and/or additional concrete drain pans at buildings 9, 10,
15, 16, and 26. This work is currently in progress and should be completed within the
next week.
As we discussed, please release the drainage certifications for the above mentioned
buildings, as well as buildings 8, 24, and 25. These should be delivered to Mr_ Jay
Barber with the City of Fort Collins. I appreciate your assistance: in this matter. Please
contact me if you have any further questions or concerns.
