GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lot 114, Swift Addition To Fossil Lake P.U.D., 3627 Wild View Drive
This is to verify that on July 16, 2004 the "AS -BUILT" elevations of the lot grading, building
floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on Lot 114
were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with approved grading plan.
