Certifications include the items noted on the Stormwater Building Permit Notice and are as follows: • Grading certification • Swale certification • Finished floor elevation certification • Property's lot corner elevation certification • Lowest building opening elevation certification A,formal, lot specific grading plan was not prepared by this office. Also attached is a copy of that portion of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan from the subdivision utility plans, of which this site is a part. This is for reference only. We have visited the site to confirm final grading requirements. All final grading is complete, functions properly and generally meets the intent of the original subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Final Utility Plans for.
