We have observed portions of the above referenced site. Doing our obseavaticns�our representative measured the relative
elevations at the lot sides and comers, top of foundation, and lowest openings. The observed elevations were compared to the
Site Plan and/or Grading Plan referenced above. Based upon our findings it is our opinion that
