Survey Plan were developed from a survey perfnrmed on the referenced property on February
24, 2006, and accurately and truly depict the elevations as they existed on this date. To the ;
best of my knowledge, the surveyed grading is in compliance with the approved grading plan for
this lot and subdivision as shown on the approved utility plans. The relafl�a elevations as

In additlnn, it is our understanding that the RWC limited warranty protection bn your residence
provided by your Builder will not cover structural damage caused as a result of, Changes made in
the finished drainage grades. Therefore, it is your responsibility to maintain the grades as set
by the Builder and stated by the Cngineer.
