I hereby state that the elevations and drainage pattern shown on the enclosed Final Grade
Survey Plan were developed Crum a survey performed on the rercrcneod property on April 7,
2005, and accurately and truly depict the elevations as they existed on this date. To the best of
my knowledge, the surveyed grading is in compliance with the approved grading plan for this lot
and subdivision as shown on the approved utllity plans. The relative OevaUons as depleted may
change subsequent to the dates of the survey, due -to the subsidence or upheaval of soil,
addition or removal of soils by acts of man, erosion by wind or water or other factors. Therefore,
this survey may not accurately depict the elevations and drainage pattern of me referenced
property after the dates of the survey-

Engineer's findings of the finished ground around your residence on the datos shown above.
You, the homeowner must maintain these elevations and grades to properly drain the water
away from your house. The builder of your home will not cover damage to your home caused
as a result of changes made In the finished grades.
In addition, it is our understanding that the RWC limited warranty protection on your residence
provided by your Builder will not cover stn,dural damage Caused as a result of Changes made in
the finished drainage grados. Therefore, it Is your responsibility to maintain the grades as set
by the Builder and stated by the Engineer.
