away from your house. The bullder of your home will not cover damage to your horse roused

In addition. it is our understanding that the RWC limited warranty protection on your residence
provided by your Builder will not Cover structural damage caused as a result of changes made In
the finished drainage grades_ Therefore, it is your responsibility to maintain the grades as set
by the builder and stated by the Engineer.
