During our observations our representative measured the relative elevations at the lot sides and corners, top of foundation, and lowest openings. The observed elevations were compared to the Site Plan and/or Grading Plan referenced above. Based upon our findings it is our opinion that: The elevations as measured are in general conformance with the above noted Site Plan and/or Grading Plan. Backfill adjacent to the residence may settle over time, this settlement may allow ponding to occur adjacent to the foundation walls. To prevent this ponding and related problems, the backfill adjacent to the residence must be monitored and maintained to ensure that rrmoffw,ll flow away from the foundation. The grades measured were compared only to the req ' on the above referenced site plan and/orgradingplan.
