Shear, a Colorado registered professional engineer, have personally inspected the above referenced property in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, and verify that construction of all stormwater facilities and grading there is complete, and that the elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached drawing(s) which were developed from a survey performed on May 6. 2008, accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage patterns as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one): . The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot are in substantial conformance with the City approved drainage and grading plan or revised grading plan for the property (information attached).
