Discrepancies between the approved design and the as -built surveyed elevations are summarized below: ❑ The approved grading plan for Lot 30 indicated a "Type B" lot; however, the constructed home is a "Type W — walkout". ❑ The high point elevations along the side lotlines were raised accordingly to facilitate the Walkout elevation. Lots 32 and 31 on Wild View Drive were designed as B lots, but were modified to walkouts with building permit construction. As such, the finished floor of Lot 30 was raised accordingly and also constructed as a walkout. An exhibit (see attached) was provided to the Builder during construction to facilitate the grading interface between Lots 30 and 31. If you have additional questions, please feel free contact to me.
