Based on our review, it is our professional opinion that your proposal will work and still meet acceptable drainage criteria. (Please refer to the attached sketch). However, in order to minimize impact to future neighbors, the finished grade at the foundation shall not be raised above the grade noted on the grading plans by Northern Engineering Services.
