GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lot 20, Swift Addition To Fossil Lake P.U.D.
This is to verify that on July 27, 2005 the "AS -BUILT" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed
residence on Lot 20 were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with approved grading
plan.
