Dear Mr. Hamdan:
On January 15, 1996 we performed a field observation on the house located at the above address.
The top of frnmdation appeared to be at an elevation that will allow proper drainage away from
the foundation. The front yard drains onto Winte><pm Way, while the South side yard drains
away from the foundation and toward the lot to the South which is vacant+ The Bast side of the
house drains to the street to the East and the North side of the house drains onto Bayberry Cirele.
The majority of the soil within ten feet of the house needs to be finish graded (smoothed out).
The soil on the North and South sides of the house needs to be lowered such that the grading is
a u inimum of 6" below the siding.
