A field investigation of lots 24, 25, 26, and 27 of<Greenb`r.iarVillage=2nd3
Filing shows that all drain pans have been constructed along the rear lot lines and
that all are in excellent condition.
Enclosed is a sketch which shows finish floor and spot elevations around the
lots depicting final grading, indicating that lot grading has been done in accordance
with the projects grading and drainage plan. The elevations were obtained from a
field survey performed by Ayres and Associates.
