Dear Mr. Hamdan:
On April 26, 1996 we perfomsed a field observation on the house located at the above
address. The top of the foundation is at an elevation that Will allow proffer drainage away
from the foundation. The front yard drains onto Wintergreen Way. while the East side yard
drains away fi<nm the foundation and toward the lot to the Bast which is vacant. The West
side of the house drains away from the foundation to the Nest into a Swale section which
takes the drainage away in both a Northerly and Southerly ditrcvm The South side of the
house drains to the South into a concrete swale which flaws to the West.
