On May 17, 1996 we pmfornied a field observation on the house located at the above address.
The top of the foundation is at an elevation that will allow propel• drainage away frown the
foundation. The front yard drains onto Foxglove, while the Fast side yard drains away from the
foundation and toward the lot line to the Bast which drains in a Northerly and Sontherly
direction. The West side yard drains away 8vm the foundation toward the lot line to the West
which drains in a Northerly and Sonthefly direction. The South side of the house drains to the
South into a concrete swale which flows to the West.
