A field investigation of lots 25 and 27, (1400 and 1412 Indian Paintbrush
Court) ofgGr-6enbriar Village : nd_Filing'shows that all drain pans have been
constructed and are in good condition. Finish floor elevations are 70.0 at 1400
Indian Paintbrush and 70.6 at 1412 Indian Paintbrush. The minimum elevations
recommended on the utility drawings were 68.0 and 69.0 respectively. There are
no basement windows or other openings in either foundation.
The swale housing the drain pan in the rear of 1400 Indian Paintbrush is
constructed with side slopes of approximately 4:1 each side of the pan, per the
utility drawings. The back of 1412 Indian Paintbrush also slopes to a pan at about
4:1.
In our opinion, finish grading meets or exceeds the intent of the grading and
drainage plan. Finish floor elevations were provided by Ayres and Associates, and
the swale cross sections were obtained with a handlevel.
Enclosed is sketch of a typical cross section and some spot elevations
determined in the field.
