On May 17, 1996 we performed a field observation on the house located at the above address.
The top of the foundation is at an elevation that will allow proper drainage away, from the
foundation. The front yard drains onto Foxglove, while the East side yard drains away from the
foundation and toward the lot line to the East which drains in a Northerly .and Southerly
direction. The West side yard drains away from the foundation toward the lot line to the West
which drains in a Northerly and Southerly direction. The South side of the house drains to the
South into a concrete swale which flows to the West.
