A field investigation of lot 22 ofe'enb�iar Village-2nd-Fili �Gng-0419 Indian
Paintbrush Court) shows a drain pan has been constructed 14' off the west PL as
shown on the approved utility drawings for Greenbriar Village 2nd Filing. The pan
slopes at about .45 %, and the swale side slopes are about 2.9:1 on the west and
about 4.3:1 on the east.
The new residence is a ranch with an attached garage. Main finish floor is
about 70.3, a backyard patio is about 69.3, and the garage is the lowest entrance
into the structure at about 68.8.
Please review the enclosed sketches for additional information.
The elevations were shot with a hand level.
