Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations at the above referenced
address. During the investigation, we measured elevations at the
lot sides and corners, top of finished floor, and several points
around the lot. The slopes and elevations as measured are in
substantial conformance with the FHA grading plan completed by
Structured Engineering, Inc., Job No. 9301-2ND, dated May 3, 1994.
We also inspected the concrete pan at the west side of the
property. Based upon our observations, the slope of the pan is in
substantial conformance with the above mentioned grading plan.
