We'have measured the relative elevations of the top of foundation,
lot corners, and the side swales at the above referenced address.
Rased upon our observations, the lot has been graded in substantial
conformance with the F14A grading' -plan completed by Structured
Engineering, Inc., Job No. 9301=2ND, dated May 3, 1994.
It is also our opinion that the concrete swale on the south
.boundary of the property has not been affected by the construction
