We have measured the relative elevations of the top of foundation,
lot corners, and the.side swales at the above referenced address.
Based upon our observations, the lot has been graded in substantial
conformance with the FHA grading plan Completed by Strl-tctured
Engineering, Inc., Job Nn. 9301-214:a, dat-ed may 3, 1994.
It- is also our opinion that'the portion of the concrete Swale at
the west, side of the property harp not been affected by the
