As -built information on the pans indicate the will function as designed. In most cases, grades are at or greater than called for on the construction drawings. In a few instances, grades were found to be less than proposed on the drawings, but a review of those areas indicate slope is still adequate to convey the design oyr° 100yr flows within the appropriate easements. Calculations confirming this are included with this letter, as are blueline copies of sheets 4 and 4-A of the construction drawings. The bluelines have been redlined to show as -built elevations according to an as -built field survey. Final grading has not been completed to date. This includes miscellaneous clean- up work, and final grading to the edges of the retention on the east side of Redwood Street. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me.
