Dear Glen,
This letter serves as final grading certification for the above referenced address according to the
requirements of the Stormwater Utility in the permit notice for this address, dated 03/30/95. All
final grading, including the swales along the sideyards of the residence, and the rear lot line
drainage swale, are functioning properly and meet the intent of the original grading and drainage
design according to the Utility Plans for Greenbriar Village P.U.D., Second Filing by Structured
Engineering; Project No: 9301-2nd; Director of Engineering approval date 07/15/94.
Attached are the record field shots obtained for the site. Also attached is a copy of that portion
of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan from the subdivision utility plans, of which
this site is a part. This is for reference only.
