We have completed our review of the as -built drainage and grading at the
above referenced project. This partial drainage certification pertains to Phase I and
includes Lots 16- 28. This certification verifies flowline elevations in Arbor Gate Drive
from the temporary turnaround to Arbor Avenue and a high point located between Lots
26 and 27.
Field survey information of as -built conditions for this certification was obtained
by Northern Engineering Services. A field inspection and surrey of the site was
conducted on Monday June 19, 1995 by the project engineer. The following is a
synopsis of the observations made during this field visit.
1) Buildings have been constructed on Lots 18-26 with rough grading
completed and no permanent landscaping,
2) Lots 16 and 17 were being readied for excavation of the foundations,
3) Phase II of the project is currently vegetated with native grasses and
weeds with utilities installed.
According to the developer, final grading and landscaping for Lots 18- 26 will
begin approximately the second week in July, 1995.
This letter serves to certify that spot and flowline elevations and are in
substantial compliance with the design intent of the Drainage and Grading Plans .

Items to be certified is association with this voiect include:
1.) Verification of flowline elevations and grades in the parking areas and
location of the high point in Arbor Gate Drive,
2.) Verification of berms and high points located between the proposed
buildings,
To the best of my knowledge, belief, and opinion, the drainage facilities were
constructed in accordance with the design intent of the approved drainage report and
construction drawings. If you require additional information or analysis regarding this
