Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations nt the above referenced address. During the investigation,
we measured elevations at the lot sides and corners, top of finished floor, lowest opening, the
drainage swales on either side of the lot and the concrete panat the east side ofthe lot.
our representative noted that the Swale on the north side of the residence was modified to allow
runoff flow to reach the concrete pan without following the fence line at the residencee to the north
(Lot 12). The residence to the south of the subject lot (Lot 10) was graded and had a fence in place
at the time of our investigation. The lot north ofthe subject lot (Lot 12) had a fence and landsraPing
in place at the time of our investigation. Based on our observations, and the information available.
to this office, the slopes and elevations as measured are in substantial conformance with the FHA
grading plan completed by Stewart & Associates.
Furthermore. it is our opinion that the subject lot, as graded, will not interfere with offsite flows, nor
cause runoff to flow into another residence unless the grades are changed or barriers are created such
as; fences, garden terracing, sidewalks and/or any landscaping which may change the established
flow patterns by diverting or slowing runoff, flow.
