We have measured the relative elevations at the above referenced address. During the investigation,
we measured elevations at the lot sides and corners, top of finished floor, lowest opening, the
drainage swales on either side of the lot and the concrete pan at the south side of the lot.
Our representative noted that the swales on the either side of the residence allowed runoff flow to
reach the concrete pan and sidewalk. The residence to the west of the subject lot (Lot 4) was graded
and had a fence in place at the time of our investigation. The lot east of the subject lot (Lot 6) had
was unoccupied at the time of our investigation. The concrete pan at the south side of the property
did not appear to have been affected by construction activities on the subject lot. Based on our
observations, and the information available to this office, the slopes and elevations as measured ate
in substantial conformance with the FHA grading plan completed by Stewart & Associates.
Furthermore, it is our opinion that the subject lot, as graded, will not interfere with offsite flows, nor
cause runoff to flow into another residence unless the grades are changed or barriers are created such
as; fences, garden terracing, sidewalks and/or any landscaping which may change the established
flow patterns by diverting or slowing runoff flow.
