Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations at the above referenced address. During the investigation,
we measured elevations at the lot sides and comers, top of finished floor, lowest opening, the
drainage swales on either side of the lot, and the concrete pan on the south side of the lot. The slopes
and elevations as measured are in substantial conformance with the FHA grading plan completed
by Stewart & Associates.
