Dear Basil:
On November 28, 1994, I checked the as built storm drainage facilities
at Colotex Electric, which is Lot II,CGolden Meadows Business_P_ark?
The building and parking lot are constructed per the approved plan, and
the attached print shows in red the grades surveyed on this date.
The parking lot and building as constructed did not alter the existing
drainage swales, and flow through these swales is not impaired.
At the present time, the landscape contractor is sodding and seeding the
site, and the silt fences have been removed for this landscaping process.
