Please find enclosed "AS BUILT" grading survey of the grading for Building K and the
surrounding landscaping of Fossil Lakes P.U.D. Third Filing, which is 3450 Lost Lake Place,
Fort Collins, Colorado. The City of Fort Collins Building Permit # is B0204330.
The grading is in substantial compliance with the flow directions of the grading plan
approved by the Larimer County Engineering Department on December 28, 2001. The finished
floor elevation of the building is 4903.64, which is 0.02 feet above the finished floor shown on
the grading plan. The garage finished floor elevations to both the South and East are 4902.31,
which is 0.39 feet above the garage finished floors shown on the grading plan. Both of these are
OK.
The grading of the driveways is sufficient to create adequate drainage away from the
structure and channel water into the existing curb and gutter of Shallow Pond Dr. to the North,
and Lost Lake Pl. to the South.. The grading of the lawn and landscaping is also adequate to
channel all water away from the building and into the curb and gutter of Lost Lake PI. to the
South, and Shallow Pond Dr. to the North.
