Please find enclosed "AS BUILT" grading survey of the grading for Building G and the
surrounding landscaping of Fossil Lakes P.U.D. Third Filing, which is 3450 Lost Lake Place,
Fort Collins, Colorado. The City of Fort Collins Building Permit # is B0401595.
The grading is in substantial compliance with the flow directions of the grading plan
approved by the Larimer County Engineering Department on December 28, 2001. The finished
floor elevation of the building is 4900.10, which is 0.47 feet above the finished floor shown on
the grading plan. The garage finished floor elevations to the South is 4898.80 which is 0.03 feet
below the garage finish floor shown on the grading plan and the East garage finish floor is
4898.80 which is 0.62 feet higher than the grading plan. Both of these are ok.
The grading of the Northwest area creates a swale from the North to the South, then to
the East as shown on the grading plan. The South area drains to the swale on the South side as
per plan. The East driveway splits and drains to front and back per plan.
