Box 580 - Fort Collins CO. 80522 Dear Jay, STEWAKr&ASSOCIATES Consulting Engineers and Surveyors S RECEIVED R � 200S 1 Please find enclosed "AS BUILT" grading survey of the grading for Building A and the surrounding landscaping of Fossil Lakes P.U.D. Third Filing, which is 3450 Lost Lake Place, Fort Collins, Colorado. The City of Fort Collins Building Permit # is B0300407. The grading is in substantial compliance with the flow directions of the grading plan approved by the Larimer County Engineering Department on December 28, 2001. The finished floor elevation of the building is 4899.26, which is 0.53 feet above the finished floor shown on the grading plan. The garage finished floor elevations to the Northwest is 4898.22 which is 0.39 feet above the garage finish floor shown on the grading plan and the Southwest garage finish floor is 4897.11 which is 0.56 feet higher than the grading plan. Both of these are ok. The grading of the driveways is sufficient to create adequate drainage away from the structure and channel water into the existing curb and gutter of Stonewater Drive to the Northwest. The grading of the lawn and landscaping is adequate to channel all water away from the building and either to said curb and gutter, or to the existing drainage swales to the Southwest of this building.
