Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations at the above referenced address. During the investigation,
we measured elevations at the lot sides and comers, top of finished floor, and at several points
around the. lot.
Our representative noted that the grade breaks fur the swales on either side of the lot had continuous
fall to the sidewalk and the open space tiurilr of the subject lot at the time of our investigation. The
residence to the east of the subject lot (Lot 31) is complete and was landscaped at the time of our
investigation. The residence to the west of ilre subject lot (Lot 29) was under construction at the time
of our investigation. Based on our observations, and the information available to this office, the
slopes and elevations as measured are iR substantial conformance with the FHA grading plan
completed by Stewart and Assuciatcs., Job No. 1551, stamped by City of FoCollins Stormwater
Utility: April 2. 1996.
It is our opinion that the subicct lot, as graded, will not interfere with offsite flows, nor cause runoff
to flow into another residuircc uirless the grades arc changed or barriers are created such as; fences,
garden teincing, sidewalks and/or any landscaping which may change the established flow patterns
by diverting or slowing rwiuff flow.
