On August 14, 2000, Hearne Construction LLC shot property pins (Lot Comers), Lowest opening
elevation (Walk out Basement), Finished Floor elevation (Main Floor) and Swales / Grading around the
subject property.
Readings obtained indicated the Swales and Grading are in substantial conformance with the submitted and
approved plans. Readings taken for the other items show that they are also in substantial conformance with
the approved plans and are as follows:
