We have measured the relative elevations at the above references address. During the investigation.
we measured elevations at the lot sides and corners, tup of fuundation, and at several points around
the subject lot.
Our representative noted that the swales on either side of the lot had continuous fall to the south
portion of the subject lot at flit tune Of our investigation. The residence to the cast of the subject lot
(Lot 21) was complete and graded at the time of our investigation. The lot to the west of the subject
lot was unoccupied at the time of vur investigation. Based on our observations, and the information
available to this office, the slopes and elevations as measured are in substantial conformance with
the F11A grading plan cum pleted by Stewart and Associates., Job No. I SS 1, stamped by City of Fat
Collins Stururwater Utility, April 2, 1996.
Furthcrinore, it is our opinion that the subject lot, as graded, should not interfere with offsite flows.

established fluw patterns by diverting or slowing runoff flow. Backfill adjacent to the residence may
settle over thuc and allow ponding to occur around the foundation walls. The baekfrll adjacent to
the residence ruu,t be mornitored and maintained by the homeowner to ensure that runoff will flow
away from the fuundation.
