Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations at the above referenced address. During the investigation,
we measured elevations at the lot sides and corners, top of foundation, and at several points around
the subject lot.
Our representative noted that the grade breaks for the swales on either side of the lot had continuous
fal l to the sidewalk and the open space south of the subject lot at the time of our investigation. llte
