Dear Jay,
This letter serves as final certification for the above referenced address according to the
requirements of the Stormwater Utility in the Stormwater Building Permit Notice for this
address, dated 03/09/99. Certification items include those noted on the Stormwater Building
Permit Notice and are as follows:
• Grading certification
• Swale certification
• Finished floor elevation certification
• Property lot comer elevation certification
All final grading, including the swales along the sideyards of the residence, and rear lot grading
are complete. All drainage facilities are functioning properly and meet the intent of the original
subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control
Plan for Fox Hills P.U.D. Second Filing by Stewart and Associates; Project No: 5115, Date of
Utility Plan approval by the Director of Engineering: 04/96.
Attached are the record field shots obtained for the site. Also attached is a copy of that portion of
the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan from the subdivision utility plans, of which this
site is a part. This is for reference only.
