Court which is Lot 15, Fox Hills P.U.D., Fort Collins, Colorado.
The finish floor elevation is 5211.04 and the walk out basement floor elevation is 5201.55.
The grading is in substantial compliance with the approved grading plan which is dated April 2,
1996.
