During the investigation, we measured elevation at the lot sides and corners, top of foundation, and the drainage swales on either side of the lot. Based on our observations, the slopes and elevations as measured are in substantial conformance with the FHA grading plan completed by Stewart & Associates, Job No. 1551, dated July, 1993. Furthermore, we inspected the garage and basement slabs and found them to be in substantial conformance with the general recommendations contained in our subsurface investigation, Job No. 1585-03-01-02, dated December 3, 1996.
